What's for dinner?
I found this recipe on
Gluten Free Mommy and decided to make it and share how it was. It was SO yummy!! We don't get many casseroles any more, so this was a treat.

What's for dinner?
Ok, so let's get this straight. I am no expert chef, cook, baker, etc. But I do have friends who have gluten allergies and are trying to come up with meals just like me! For those of you who don't know, my husband has celiac's. We have learned so much in the past 4 years and I know how frustrating it can be to try to make a meal without gluten!! I thought I would post an occasional meal on here to help out!
Tonight we had tilapia, rice and broccoli. Simple enough. I just pan fried the tilapia in butter with salt and pepper. When I removed it from the pan I added some lemon. Like I said...simple but gluten free!!

Still Learning!
I am trying to learn how to do more with my blog. I am such a visual learner that it has been very difficult. Please bear with me. You may see a different background often until I find exactly what I want.
Thanks!

St. Patty's fun!
I am sure that many of you have seen this adorable treat for St. Patty's day over at the blog "It Is What It Is". I really think it is something special. You can find it HERE
So my BFF and I decided to make these for the staff at the school where our kids attend. I started looking for the rainbow Twizzlers. No where to be found in our town. So, I decided that Pixie Sticks would have to do.
We made 60 of these beauties so each bag only received 2 chocolate coins in each. Still pretty cute I think.
I also came up with a new topper because the one that she had was super cute, but too large for our punch.
So here is the batch. Hope the staff likes them!!
